I hereby express my consent to the Kaluga Region Development Corporation JSC (OGRN 1074027007780, INN 4027083322, legal address: 248001, Kaluga region, Kaluga city, Kirova St., 17) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), for processing, including automated, namely collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of the following personal data:
- last name, first name, patronymic;
- address of residence/stay or other address specified by the Subject when concluding agreements with the Operator;
- mobile phone number;
- email address (email);
- IP address, data about user actions on the site https://en.invest.kaluga.ru/, technical characteristics of the device, information about the pages visited, obtained using web analytics services (in particular, Yandex.Metrica);
- User location determined using the built-in Yandex.Maps;
- cookies, information about the user’s location, information about the user’s actions on the Site, information about the user’s equipment, session date and time.
The processing of personal data in accordance with this consent may be carried out by the Operator for the following purposes:
- identification of me as a subject of personal data for the purpose of concluding any contracts with the Operator and their further execution;
- conducting promotions, surveys, interviews, testing and research on the Site;
- establishing feedback, including, but not limited to: sending me mailings, notifications in the form of SMS, emails, oral and written requests, processing my requests and applications;
- confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the subject of personal data;
- statistical and other research and (or) analytical purposes, subject to anonymization of my personal data.
This consent is valid for 5 (five) years from the date of provision or until I withdraw the Consent, whichever occurs first.
This consent can be revoked by me by sending a notification via email to the Operator’s email address: web@invest.kaluga.ru.
This consent is signed with a simple electronic signature using the functionality of the Site.
